After the project fulfilled the created system or program needs to be altered. Despite ILOGOS has no powerful call-center though it is its aim, the company realizes the necessity of providing their software customers with support, especially those ones which were created by ILOGOS.
The whole experience of traditional software support and web- customer-server application enables the company to offer several variants of providing the software:
- New and altered function ability
- Technical support (fixing technical problems of the programming code)
- User support (by email, interactive communication and phone).
ILOGOS has an opportunity to provide its user with support in several languages including Russian, Ukrainian, English and Czech.
