Property rights to all material produced by ILOGOS during a project are assigned completely to the client. This includes software, source code, data structures, documentation, and design options. The assignment is total and unconditional.

ILOGOS unreservedly undertakes not to use any material developed for one client in any way for any other.

After project completion all material are transferred to the customer. When formal receipt is confirmed all electronic copies are destroyed.

ILOGOS will always be ready to consider any additional caveats or safeguards requested by a client.
