iLogos’s approach to Web Development projects:

1. Analyze project requirements;
2. Create Vision document that defines project's high-level needs and features;
3. Estimate Level of Efforts (LOE), come up with costs;
4. Approve Vision;
5. Set up development server, distribute credentials;
6. Set up communication process; agree on project schedule, builds and reporting;
7. Develop prototype; deploy releases periodically to reflect the progress;
8. Create and approve graphic design; estimate and deploy project prototype;
9. Get feedback, agree on changes and improvements;
10. Implementation; incorporate improvements including change requests and additions that do not exceed 10% of the initially estimated efforts;
