Hiring process

Step 1. Applying to iLogos

To apply for a job you need to send your Resume/CV to coo [at] ilogos-ua.com with the subject “Applying for a job”. You can find a template for CV here. Of course you can use your own template, but it's better if it will contain all of the sections specified in iLogos’s template. You can attach your portfolio to the letter (for some jobs it's mandatory if specified in the vacancy description). Once you apply for a job, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed by the recruiter to determine if you are a fit. If you are a possible match for the position, a recruiter will contact you to learn more about your background and answer your questions about hiring process.

Step 2. Test Task

If your skills fit the job recruiter will send you a test task according to the vacancy you are applying for.The test task assesses your technical skills and proficiency, as well as the level of your skills. Typically one or two weeks are given for you to perform a task. After that you send your results back and based on it one of the technical directors determines whether you should be brought in for the interview.

Step 3. Interview

Interview process in iLogos inc. for technical positions evaluates your professional skills as well as your soft skills. During your interview, you’ll meet with representatives of company’s management. Interviewers will ask you questions related to your test task and the job you are applying.

There are three possible outcomes:

Recruiters decide you are definitely suitable for the job. You receive instructions what to do next and prepare to start work.

Recruiters decide you are not suitable for the job now. You receive feedback why you are not suitable and what knowledge and competencies you need to improve to get a job next time. You can to apply to iLogos Inc. later one more time, when you decide you’ve developed your skills to a required level.

Recruiters need an additional assessment to make a decision. You get a new test task or additions to your previous task and deadline for it. Based on it the final decision will be made.
